About the retreat
A Spiritual Family Retreat
This unique week long summer camp invites devotee families from across Europe and the UK to experience the beauty of Krishna conscious community life together in Krishna Valley, Hungary. Each day offers children a rich variety of engaging activities designed to nourish both their hearts and minds through devotional association, creativity, nature, service, and joyful play. The program includes special children’s Śrīmad Bhāgavatam classes, water painting, devotional crafts, jewelry making for Radhe Syama, gardening service, treasure hunts, goshala visits, cow feeding and petting, parikramas, ox cart rides, Holi festivities, games, and much more.
While the children are happily engaged throughout the day in a safe and spiritually uplifting environment, parents can take this opportunity to rest, chant japa, attend the temple program, deepen their own spiritual practices, spend peaceful time in nature, or even work remotely if needed using the available internet connection in the guesthouse rooms. The camp is designed not only as a joyful experience for children, but also as a refreshing spiritual retreat for the whole family, creating lasting memories, meaningful association, and deeper connection to Krishna conscious living.
