The price of the retreat includes all meals, accommodation and programs such as seminars, oxcart tours and more. It also includes all necessary accesseories such as pends and papers, projectors and more.
All accommodation are shared rooms. If you are coming with a friend or family member, we recommend that you register for the retreat together in the same room.
Your participation in the retreat can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation within 30-7 days, the transferred amount will be returned minus the bank costs and a penalty rathe of 50%.
In case of cancellation within 7 days, 100% of the participation fee is payable as penalty.
If you are unable to attend the retreat, you have the option to pass on/sell your place. In this case, please make sure to indicate the change of name and other data.
The full price of the retreat must be paid at the time of booking. In the case of a bank transfer, we can provide a turnaround time of one week. If we do not receive your payment within a week, your resrevation will be canceled.
We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfers. You can only make a same day reservation if there is a free place for the retreat and you can pay in cash or credit card upon arrival.
- The minimum number of people for each of our spiritual, meditation and Hatha yoga retreats is 4 people, and the maximum number is 8 people.
- The minimum number for the family retreat and for The self-realization and the art of the East retreat is 8 persons with no maximum number.
- The Kartika retreat minimum number is 10 participants with no maximum number.
If the minimum number of applicants is not reached by the Sunday before the retreat date, the retreat will be canceled and the fees already paid will be refunded.
We ask that you come to the retreats in modest, non revaling clothing.
Be prepared with comfortable clothes and shoes.
Please bring a flashlight, as there is no street lighting in Krishna Valley.
If any special equipment will be needed, it will be indicated on the page of the particular retreat.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide special meals. All our dishes are vegan, but some dishes may contain ahimsa (non-violent) milk, which comes from our own non-violent dairy.
Of course, you can make a reservation for any of our retreats, please indicate in the comment section that it will be a gift. Please also state the name of the recipient. After payment, we will send you the digital gift card by e-mail.
No vaccination card is required either in our guesthouses or in the Krishna Valley area. You can participate in our programs at any time, even without a vaccination card.
